Along with leading OSI, Liz is an internationally respected thought-leader, professor, public speaker and author, Liz has lectured at Canadian Universities and speaks at international conferences and forums about disability management and mental health in the workplace.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Dr. Liz R. Scott, Principal and CEO of Organizational Solutions Inc., is an accomplished leader and management professional, recognized for her groundbreaking role in workplace disability management.

Liz launched OSI in 2003 with one Client and grew the company to 1,000+ Clients in just 20 years. She puts her education to good use at OSI, with six degrees including two PhDs in Industrial Psychology and a Masters of Engineering in advanced design.
