Our people make the difference

Our case managers are, quite simply, the best in the business. Most are licensed medical professionals or paralegals, and all are trained in best practices and supported by leading technology. They intervene early and often to guide the employee to a safe and sustainable return to work.

Our primary goal in every situation is a safe, timely, and sustainable return to work for the individual. This goal is clear to all stakeholders from the start of every claim, through to the end. Our mission statement summarizes our unique approach, and we’re passionate about it:

The right care, at the right time, for the right outcome™.
